Samantha graduated from the OVCMT’s 3000 hour program in 2009. Sam is a Lake Country local (Oyama raised) and loves working in this community.
With a broad range of experience treating patients with complex health issues, chronic pain, neurological condition, maternity/post maternity, Cancer care, sports related injuries and in the treatment and prevention of injuries.
She incorporates a variety of techniques in her treatments including Fascial release techniques, Muscle Energy, Positional Release, and Active release and incorporates rehabilitation stretches and exercises and education as part of her treatment plan. Sam has taken a variety of continuing education courses from pre and post natal, cranial, sacral, osteopathy, lymphatic drainage, TMJ dysfunction to mobility and strengthening and postural balance so has a well rounded view of the treatment options that may benefit a patient. Samantha has worked in a variety of work environments, Sports based clinics, spa to adventure tourism. She enjoys collaborating with other therapists and has found her niche in the variety of clients and complimentary therapists that the wellness community has to offer.
When not massaging Sam can be found documenting life as a Family and Wedding photographer or out enjoying nature with her family.

Jasmin is a graduate from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. Growing up in Lake Country, she enjoyed the vast activities the Okanagan has to offer.
Before starting school at OVCMT, Jasmin studied biology at Okanagan College. Her journey helped her gain a foundational understanding of human anatomy, how certain pathologies can affect specific anatomical systems; along with how to apply these skills on a clinical level. She comes from a holistic background providing a passionate approach to how massage can help in many different aspects of alternative medicine.

Courtney has been practicing registered massage therapy since March 2011. She received her initial training at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in Vernon BC and has since pursued additional study in systemic deep tissue, A.R.T. (active release therapy), and postural assessment through clinical reasoning and practical integration. She is a faculty member at OVCMT instructor of the Musculoskeletal and Sports Massage courses. Her work incorporates a variety of styles and techniques, aiming to release specific muscles and layers of connective tissue, easing them into more optimal relationship to each other. All sessions are designed to address your needs and goals, and Courtney will be happy to share ideas and instructions for self-care between sessions, based on what she feels during your massage. She loves meeting so many wonderful patients, and the satisfaction of knowing her treatments are improving their quality of life.

Kiera graduated Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in December 2015 and is a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC). She recently purchased a home in the area with long term plans to reside in the Okanagan. Kiera is very excited to join Nalu Massage Therapy and Wellness.

He has lived in the Okanagan his whole life, enjoying the outdoor activities the valley has to offer. He comes from a sports background and loves when people are passionate about what they do.
